Roxy Summer Splash 2008 While the hosts from Hitz.fm entertaining the crowd by teasing the “hotties” and “hunks”, a woman in front of me collapsed due to difficulty in breathing at the exit of Roxy Summer Splash at Sunway Lagoon. The guards stopped the traffic at the elevator shortly after they noticed the woman needed medical attention. It didn’t help the situation at all; stale mob becomes angry mob almost immediately. People at the back started pushing and shouting, making it harder for volunteers to help carry the woman out of the crowd. The children at the front got squished, and a few started sobbing but the sound was muffled by the roaring crowd. This is suppose to be a happy day, but it was ruined by poor management and disgusting behaviors of inconsiderate and selfish people. To the people in charged of the event: please don’t give out so many tickets to a venue that can’t support all of them. You are literally killing people for profit.
